  • Yes, we currently offer appointments from Monday to Friday at our workshop. Please email us to: —--- and/ or whatsapp us at —------ for scheduling. This allows you to view our available stock in person.
  • In addition to our retail store in Mexico City, you can also find us at Kabe (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico), Wesh NYC (New York City, USA), and in Europe (Ibiza, Spain)
  • Artisans receive 50% of the profit.
  • Absolutely. The strap can be purchased separately for $3,700 mxn plus shipping.
  • Yes, you can mix and match straps with other bags. We recommend selecting combinations that best suit your preferences, contact through email amorapedidos@gmail.com send screenshots + we´ll send your the photos
  • Yes, we frequently participate in various markets and showrooms. Updates regarding our participation will be announced on our Instagram page (@amora_mx)!
  • Each piece is meticulously embroidered by the hands of an artisan, with a total embroidery time of 72 hours. Additionally, the selection of colors and design is very particular and unique. So remember, when you choose your Amora, you are incorporating the work of very talented Mexican hands into a part of you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges no returns, as we work with artisans and one of a kind pieces. All sales are final in store and online.

REPAIR + WARRANTY  GUIDELINES

  • Free Repair Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Repair Form/ Request/ Message: Must fill out this form in order to review and determine the requested repair. 
  • Photo with visible Damage: Must take a photo of your bag with clear shots of where it needs to be repaired.
  • In-Store Drop-Off / Shipping via Courier: Appointments for in-store drop-offs will be coordinated once your request is approved and/ or we can arrange a courier for shipping/ pick-up.
  • Assessment of Damage and Applicable Cost: After evaluating the damage, we will contact you via email to discuss the repair process and any associated expenses required to restore it to its original condition.
  • Repair Process: When you entrust your LOVE to the Repair Hospital, it will be handled by experts in textile sewing and design, who will provide it with a comprehensive refresh. This includes replacing the closure, puller, lining, ring holder, and visible fabric ✂️
  • Determination of Delivery Date: This will depend on how long the repair requires and your shipping location.

Courier Shipping: Send an email to amoragarantia@gmail.com sharing at least 5 detailed photos of your Amora from different angles. Subsequently, the team will follow up on your request. 

*Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The cost of delivery or shipping is the responsibility of the customer

After the 1-month warranty period, you can request maintenance for your Amora through our service called Amora Hospital. Our expert team specializes in preserving the essence of the materials and finishes of your Amora. From design to embroidery and sewing, we handle your item with care and expertise. Simply reach out to us at amorahospital@gmail.com, and our team will promptly assist you. Please note that this service comes at an additional cost, which will be evaluated and provided to you via email.

  • Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds or cancellations. 
  • AMORA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Yes, all straps are around the same size: 88.5cm but if you would like a custom strap you can order one via the CUSTOM tab.
  • Please consider that the embroidery is 100% handmade; therefore, there may be some variation in size on occasions

  • The National (Mexican) shipping rate is $200 mxn and international shipping is to be quoted upon order.

From the purchase of your Amora, the packaging and delivery process to the courier takes approximately 2 to 3 business days.

  • National Deliveries (Mexico)
  • Take 2 to 5 business days via DHL or Fedex shipping
  • International Deliveries
  • Take 5 to 15 business days via DHL or Fedex shipping
  • It's important to consider that the delivery times start after the order is prepared. That is, once the payment is made, the order preparation will take 1 to 2 business days, in addition to the delivery time by the courier service.

Deliveries, both domestic and international, may vary due to external customs issues and logistics times of the courier service external to Amora

  • Custom-Made Pieces 
  • These are handcrafted at the time of final order and usually takes around 6-8 weeks from production to delivery for local customers in Mexico. International orders are usually delivered in around 7-9 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
  • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: 
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
